What is your standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies depending on the specific dosage form and formulation complexity. Generally, our starting MOQs are:
Capsules & Tablets: 100,000 to 200,000 units / batch
Functional Gummies: 500 kg / batch
Powder & Stick Packs: 1,000 kg / batch
Oral Liquids & Jellies: 30,000 to 50,000 sachets / bottles
Custom trial runs or pilot batches can be evaluated upon request.
How long does the production lead time take from sample to delivery?
Sampling Phase: Custom formula and lab tasting samples typically take 7–14 business days.
Mass Production: Standard lead time for full-scale production and packaging is 30–45 days upon final sample sign-off, packaging artwork approval, and raw material arrival.
Do you support custom formulation and flavor development (ODM)?
Yes. Our in-house R&D and sensory engineering team can assist you in developing custom formulas from scratch, optimizing active ingredient stability, masking bitter botanical notes, and tailoring custom flavors, colors, and textures for gummies, drink mixes, and chewables.
